We take great care in the packaging of your plants, but unfortunately the same cannot always be said in how they are handled once they leave us. If you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to make the situation right.
NOTE *** For 1-3 broken plants we reserve the right to refund instead of shipping new plants due to the high cost of shipping. ***
