My package says delivered but it's not here!

The Succulent Source is not responsible for packages that get delivered and confirmed by Tracking. Please follow the tracking number so you can estimate delivery date. If tracking shows your box has been delivered but you can't find it, please contact your local USPS or Fedex carrier and let them know and question if they placed elsewhere. If you feel your box may have been stolen, please contact your local police/sheriff and report it!  If you live in an area where packages may go missing, we suggest you contact us prior to ordering to discuss Signature Delivery confirmation.
