We recommend our succulents arrive approx. 7-10 days prior to an event so we can react quickly if any plants arrive damaged due to shipping. Displaced soil can happen and it's an easy fix(see other questions), but if we are notified with a picture of actual damaged succulents quickly, we have plenty of time to react to a problem. This is us being proactive vs reactive, it doesn't happen often but we want to minimize any rare problems especially when events are involved.
