Take the popcorn/packing out of the box carefully. Expose them to indirect light and let sit up to 10 hours. If your plants are truly frost bitten, they will thaw and become very squishy to the touch and often become more translucent in color than normal. Generally, in this case, the plant is done. You can attempt to save the plant by cutting away any part of the plant and/or leaves that are squishy~ even down to just keeping the stem and cutting about 1" above the soil line. There are times the succulent will grow back if the root system did not freeze!! If you ordered your plants and they froze on the way and you need to reorder to replace, please call us or email us first and we can work with you on a reduced reorder price. Please always consider a hotpack and expedited shipping with below freezing temps!!!!
